For me, it also corresponds to my decision to exclusively focus on the company's strategy and to work for more personal projects. The management team that I have set up is strong, competent, and cohesive. Thibaut Faurès Fustel de Coulanges has worked with me for nearly 10 years and his banking expertise far exceeds my own. He has perfect knowledge of the company and its operations and will be the ideal leader.
